TikTok Highlights Rising Stars in 2025 ‘Discover List’

TikTok has shared the latest edition of its “Discover List”, which highlights some of the top rising creators in the app, each of whom is sparking impact in various ways.

TikTok’s fifth annual Discover List puts a spotlight on a range of creators in the app, offering them more exposure, training, and direct support from TikTok’s team.

The 2025 Discover List features 50 creators across five categories: Educators, Foodies, Icons, Innovators, and Originators.

As explained by TikTok:

“The Discover List’s featured creators are sparking trends and inspiring audiences around the globe — from Foodie @logagm‘s videos that made cucumber salads our summer obsession to Originator @dasha‘s hit “Austin (Boots Stop Workin)” that sparked a viral dance craze, The Discover List honorees are shaping the future of content creation.”

TikTok has also created a new lookbook of its Discover creators, which gives them each a specific profile space to further highlight their work.

It’s a good way for TikTok to highlight some of the top creators in the app, and showcase what they do, and how they do it. Which could also serve as a guide for how you can follow their lead, and build your own TikTok presence.

And for brands, it might also be a way to find relevant creators to collaborate with in each vertical, by giving you a listing of top emerging creators in each field,

It’s an interesting trend overview either way, and a good option to get more insight into how TikTok works, and what makes it so magnetic in different content categories.
